1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

As a guideline, the goods will be shipped once a week, thus collecting a number of orders. Every Monday (except holidays) the products will be shipped. The courier will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address you indicated in the registration in a maximum of 4 working days, except in cases of force majeure (excluding islands, mountainous areas, disadvantaged areas, small towns).

2. HOW TO MAKE AN URGENT ORDER?

If your order is urgent, please specify it in the Notes when placing your order and we will do our best to send it to you in time.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

On Trivelparty.com we only sell goods available in stock. Out of stock products are not available for purchase, they can be reserved. Visit our website regularly to see if the product you were looking for is back in stock. We do not provide information on the timing of the assortment of out of stock products.

5. CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD?

Of course, on Trivelparty.com you can pay with PayPal or with your credit card through the Stripe circuit. To ensure the safety of your transactions we are PayPal Verified.

6. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you give us a wrong address and the package come back, we will let you know about it, but the second shippings must be covered by the client.
