TERMS AND TIMES OF SHIPPING

DELIVERY
As a guideline, the goods will be shipped once a week, thus collecting a number of orders. Every Monday (except holidays) the products will be shipped. The courier will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address you indicated in the registration from 2 to 4 working days, except in cases of force majeure (excluding islands, mountainous areas, disadvantaged areas, small towns).

The minimum shipping fee amounts to € 10.00 (VAT included for Italy) and € 15.00 (VAT included for Europe) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when finalizing the order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
For any problem regarding product defects or incorrect orders, you must write to [email protected] indicating the order number and the problem, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization from Trivelparty.com.
The goods will be replaced where possible, otherwise refunded, always and only after having received the defective goods in return.

The return shipping costs (and any storage costs) are always charged to the customer, except for errors by Trivelparty.com, and to be agreed in advance via e-mail. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 within 14 working days.
